Use of Our Website
By using IncredibleScience.com, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions are recurring unless otherwise stated and will automatically renew unless cancelled according to the terms of your selected plan.
Our subscription options may include:
- Annual Pay Upfront subscriptions, billed once and covering 12 months
- Annual Pay Monthly subscriptions, billed monthly for 12 months
- Quarterly subscriptions, billed every 3 months
Subscription management is handled through the Recharge customer portal, which is accessible through your account.
Cancellation Policy
Annual Pay Upfront
Annual Pay Upfront subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancelled before the first box ships.
Once the first box has shipped, no refunds are available.
Annual Pay Monthly and Quarterly
Annual Pay Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions may be cancelled according to the terms of the selected plan.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund boxes that have already been paid for or shipped.
To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription through the Recharge customer portal, or contact us through the contact page.
Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Boxes ship once per month on a scheduled date. Once a package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If a box is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will make it right.
Product Information
Science experiment contents may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
All experiments are designed for children ages 8 to 13 and should be performed with adult supervision.
Some experiments may include small parts and are not suitable for children under 8.
Intellectual Property
All content on IncredibleScience.com, including images, copy, videos, card designs, and the Incredible Science Box name and logo, is owned by The Science Ghoori.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Science Ghoori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
