Refund Policy


This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, replacements, and damaged or missing boxes are handled for Incredible Science Box subscriptions.

Subscription Refunds

Annual Pay Upfront

Annual Pay Upfront subscriptions are eligible for a full refund only if cancelled before the first box ships.

Once the first box has shipped, no refund is available.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused months on Annual Pay Upfront plans.

Annual Pay Monthly and Quarterly

Annual Pay Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions may be cancelled through your account portal.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period already charged.

We do not provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped.

USB Video Pack Add-On

The USB Video Pack add-on is non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged or Missing Boxes

If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage.

If your box does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected ship date, please contact us.

We will replace damaged or missing boxes at no charge, with one replacement per incident.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.

If a gift certificate code has not been redeemed, contact us and we will work with you on a solution.
