Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking, and address-change requirements for Incredible Science Box subscriptions.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not currently ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO addresses
- FPO addresses
- International addresses
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the subscription plan selected:
- Annual Pay Upfront: Free shipping on all boxes
- Annual Pay Monthly: $6.95 shipping per box
- Quarterly: $6.95 shipping per box
- USB Video Pack: Shipping is included in the $24.95 price
When Boxes Ship
All boxes for a given month ship on the same scheduled date.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your box ships.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery after the ship date.
Order Cutoff
If you subscribe before the monthly cutoff date, you will receive that month’s box.
If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your subscription will begin with the following month’s box.
The monthly cutoff date will be communicated in the announcement bar on the website each month.
Tracking
All boxes are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your box leaves our facility.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your box has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Address Changes
To change your shipping address, log into your account and update your address in the Recharge customer portal before the monthly cutoff date.
Address changes submitted after the cutoff date cannot be applied until the following month’s box.
